Had a tankless whole house system installed. Very pleased with speed and installation of system. All the guys were respectful and worked very professionally. A couple of small hiccups but they handle it very well and with ease. Would highly recommend the team for work. Micheal, Edison, Drew and Nathan worked well together to complete the job. Drew went over things very clearly when system went online. A big thanks to everyone on the team from office to all the guys.

Would definitely NOT recommend!!! Get a second opinion if you do get them out for a repair. I got a run around for 2 weeks! They recommend I hire a leak specialist when you could clearly see the leak, cost $676, and guess what? There was the leak! They said they still could not find the leak! Got a quote for a new line, 3,600$, ended up costing 5,136$! The only person who was understanding was Tammy! My dad is a retired plumber and said this should’ve been a $250 repair at most! Not a happy customer and would give zero stars if I could!

Had a total of 3 visits from Webster & Sons to remedy leak from upstairs bath. Charged $600 for them to cut a hole in wall through a cabinet (which is understandable to have tried to locate leak) and caulk around 3 bathtub fixtures, only for leak to not be fixed. Finally called another local plumbing service who located the leak source, replaced needed parts, and only charged $295.

I recently called this company to replace a five dollar seal in my toilet tank.It took every bit of 2 minutes,they charged me $186.00.I called so they could explain to me how they charged such a ridiculous price.They could not and would not help me to understand why they charged me so much for such a simple task.Finally,after I threatened to tell social media they promised me a thirty dollar refund,that's been a week ago and I have seen nor heard from this company. I will never use them again.

Webster and Sons plumbing is a great plumbing Company and I highly reccomend them for all your plumbing needs. They're a great bunch of good guys and women. The customer service there is awesome and amazing. And they're always on time to get job done perfection.

We called them to fix a dripping shower head and look at a shower that has no hot water. They fixed the leak/drip but only looked at the shower with no hot water and told us to contact the manufacture of the shower faucet, which is 24 years old. They only charged us for fixing the leak/drip and that was very costly just to replace a part. But we understand plumbing is not cheap. The one star is for being so late we had to call twice to see where they were well after the allotted time they were to arrive. When they finally arrived, they reeked of body odor and cigarettes, it was so bad we had to air out the house after they left. We will not be calling them again.

Dawson and Aaron had very good communication and made sure what the issue was before taking any drastic measures. Did a great job locating the source or my leak and addressed it fairly quickly - very reasonable and would highly recommend them. I will be using their services for any future plumbing needs. Can’t say enough about Webster & Sons. We woke up today with no water pressure. The first plumber we called said he could come in two days. Webster sent their superintendent in 30 min and he diagnosed the problem. He had his men there for the repair in 1.5 hours. All employees we spoke with were upbeat, friendly and professional.
